A large north sea contractor were experiencing significant client dissatisfaction in how their people were integrating into their client's ways of working. This Operator had a clearly defined well delivery process, yet the contractor, and indeed many of the client's own staff members, were struggling to follow it.

The process had the potential to deliver significant costs savings as well as increased recovery value from improved decision-making, planning and execution.

Through developing a learning and development solution spanning nearly 100 participants, that encompassed leadership and performance management training, as well as coaching on specific projects that they were working on collaboratively together, we were able to assist this varied and cross-functional team in demonstrating a reduction in lost time (NPT) of nearly 15% on average. Morale and client satisfaction were additional important and rewarding positive outcomes.
